Is all Products on DC web available? |

All products is 99% available, but at times some products may become unavailable for shipment after you placed order.
When a product ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to see whether you would like a refund or have the missing product replaced by another product.
The most common causes of a product suddenly becoming unavailable are as follows:
1. Products out of stock, back order (see “How long does it take for back ordered products to get sent?” below).
2. A batch of shipment from supplier fails QC (the most likely cause of sudden outage).
3. Manufacturer changing the production line to produce some other products, resulting in the current product being temporarily unavailable. |

Although it is not always possible to match the prices offered by our competitors, we would like the opportunity to win your business.

What is a pending e-check, and why do I need to wait for it to clear? |

A pending e-check is a type of payment option available with Paypal. A pending e-check is just like writing a normal check, except electronically. Just like normal checks, pending e-checks take a few days to clear while Paypal verifies the funds are present within the senders account. Once the check has cleared, the money is transferred to Deal-Cool's account and then delivery can take place immediately thereafter. |

How do I avoid sending an e-check? |
|
An e-check results when a payment is sent from an unverified account without sufficient balance in the Paypal account to cover the cost of the order. Paypal must contact the bank and verify that the funds are present, thus the cause of the 3 to 4 days delay. To avoid sending an e-check, first complete the verification process for your account, and then make sure the funds are present in Paypal before you place an order. To confirm your payment type, just before placing the order you will see a blue hyperlink that reads: "choose more funding options". Deal-Cool offers regular Air Mail post and registered Airmail Post shipping methods for Free. For larger or urgent orders, customers are welcome to choose EMS Express for faster delivery of products for a nominal upgrade fee to cover cost. The EMS upgrade option and fee information are available via a selection box on the shopping cart page before you checkout.
We automatically upgrade your orders to a lower fee or free EMS Express for faster delivery. You may check the shipping option on the page of shopping cart for the words "EMS Express (Free Shipping)".
For countries not served by EMS, DHL International Express will be used instead. In general DHL costs more than EMS so there may be additional express shipment charges, and our customer service will contact you for the additional charges. |

How fast is Air Mail and EMS Express? |

While it generally takes 7 to 14 business days for Air Mail delivery, EMS Express takes about 3 to 5 business days for most countries (including the US). Please note that processing and packaging time still apply (see the processing schedule below).

Why am I charged additional shipping fee even after I have paid EMS Express Upgrade? |
|
The cost of EMS Express update depends on countries and regions. The update fee calculated by the shopping cart is only applicable to certain regions, listed in the notes area on the shopping cart page.
In some regions, the EMS Express itself is not available altogether (this countries include, but not limited to, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Saudi Arabia, etc). For these regions we will use DHL for express shipments. DHL, however, carries a higher shipping rate and thus our staffs will send email to the customers for this extra cost after. We send e-mail only after we have packed your order as any additional charges will be based on actual shipping weight, and it saves customers from over-paying on shipping. |

How are Tax and Customs duties handled? |
|
Because DC sends products from Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government. Customers do not have to pay any sales tax or export duties when they purchase from Deal-Cool.com.
Statistically, well less than 1% percentage of all DC orders have ever got opened by the Customs in customers' countries. If the package is checked by their country's customs office when the item arrives in their country, however, customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes.
Although the chance of packages being Customs assessed is small, we strongly suggest all customers to check with their local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import (such as high powered lasers). We are not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in customers' countries. |

Note that in some circumstances the package may be already left our warehouse before your request is processed and thus those information cannot be changed. |

Why partial shipment with Registered Air Mail even though I have paid EMS fee for the order? |

If you have chosen your order with EMS service, please be aware that the EMS fee listed is only available for one shipment. We will send all the products in one package via EMS service as possible as we can. But if some products are sold out during fulfilling process and partial shipment is needed, the available products will be shipped out firstly via EMS service and the rest products will be sent through Registered Airmail Service later.

Live tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the time the product leaves Deal-Cool and the time it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. For EMS / DHL Express packages, the delay is about 24 to 48 hours. For Registered Air Mail packages, it takes 3 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online. |

My order is shipped. Why am I unable to track my order on the Hong Kong Post page? |

Please ensure that your order status is “shipped” and you may see your tracking number on “My Order Summary” of “My Account” page is in the format of RXXXXXXXXXXHK. Here are the reasons for delays of tracking information:
1, Because orders with tracking numbers are sent via Registered Air Mail, all packages need to be scanned and recorded by staffs at Hong Kong Post and this process takes 48 hours to complete. After the package is processed online tracking will appear on the site.
2, Once in a while, Hong Kong Post may change the tracking number sticker on a package because the sticker is blurred, damaged, or otherwise faulty rendering it un-scannable. In this case please contact us via E-Mail Support System for order tracking. |

While we strive to provide you with high quality gadgets at a bargain, a product might not perform as expected by the time it's delivered or defective items received (it may caused some defects by the delivery way). In such cases, you may ship it back to us and ask for a brand-new replacement or refund by following steps:
1. Defective items are exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us via E-mail Support System (do not send E-mail) on our website and we will give you a response within 24 hours (Mon to Fri, business days).
Note: We recommend customers to keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in good condition. Our customer support staffs may request that you send a picture or video file clearly showing the defect of the product and original packaging to research on and help you resolve any product or order related questions.

Replacement products are treated the same way as that of new orders, they typically arrive in 9 to 18 business days. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement product is sent after receiving the returned package. |

How is Commission Rate determined?
Eligibility for Commission Rate is determined based on sales volume (referrals + purchases) from the previous calendar month. To qualify for Commission Rate, An Affiliate ID must meet the Commission Rate Criteria.
Commission Rate approval is reserved for Affiliate members in good standing who meet the Monthly Sales Amount Criteria in the previous calendar month.
How to Maintaining your Commission Rate:
All members are expected to keep your DC Account in good standing and monthly sales amount. Members may be downgraded to the lower Commission Rate if the sales amount is not maintained in the previous calendar month. And members may be upgraded to higher Commission Rate if the sales amount is increased to new Criteria in the previous calendar month.
Please Note:
1. That refunds sent to referred orders will also cause corresponding DC Points to be reversed.
2. Whatever you do - please do not try to earn commission at community sites like FatWallet.com. These are good sites to research on what products to post on your own blog, forum or website, not to be used as a tool to make money.

How to cash back my commission? |
To cash back your commission, please simply fill in rewards amount you want to cash back (if your rewards is available) and click on the “Cash Back” button on “DC Reward Points” page of “My Account” to send us a cash back request, we will process it within 3 business day, and an email will be sent to you once your request has been completed. How to add my customer's shipping address into the order? |
For PayPal Payment:
1. Please click "change" button on "Ship to" part of the paypal payment page when you pay with paypal.
2. Click "Add an address" below the frame which opened, and enter the shipping information of your customer, then click "Save" button.
3. Click "Pay Now" to finish your payment, Then we will ship your package directly to your customer.
For Western Union Payment:
You may enter directly the ‘Recipients’ and ‘Shipping Address’ when you choose Westem Union payment in the ‘Payment Method’ frame of Shopping Cart page. And the package will be sent to your customer once the payment has been confirmed by us.
